Car Club Fest 2026

This contains essential information for this event. Please read / print before coming.
We look forward to your visit to the 2026 Car Club Fest on the 14th-16th August. There are approximately 250 MSCC members attending over the weekend, so it will be very busy. Last chance to buy tickets for the Car Club Fest online or they can be purchased at the gate. We will provide you with a MSCC Welcome Pack on arrival with a copy of the site map, events and details of scenic drives.
GETTING THERE:
The event is being held at the Three Counties Showground near Malvern, postcode WR13 6NW. Please be aware that at busy times, especially Saturday morning, there may be a queue to get in.
Please see the site map attached. Please enter via the YELLOW gate ONLY on Blackmore Road (B4208). Morgan Sports Car Club have been allocated Area E on site. This is in the purple area on the site map, approximately where the number 20 is shown. For more details, please refer to Car Club + Marque Parking Map .
When you arrive at the MSCC site location, we will have our own parking marshals. Please wait for them to show you where to park. If you are a member of a MSCC club centre, and wish to park with other centre members, please tell the MSCC marshals and they will try and accommodate this.
If you are camping, the general camping area is shown in light green on the site map. If you wish to camp near the MSCC site, a good location is near the toilet and shower block below number 20 on the site map. Parking for motorhomes with electrical hook-up is shown in dark green adjacent to the yellow entrance gate.
OPENING HOURS:
- Friday from 2pm via Yellow Gate
- Saturday from 8am via Yellow Gate
- Sunday from 8am via Yellow Gate
- Please vacate the site by 9am Monday
SITE SAFETY:

Please DO NOT BRING Barbeques of any type, fire pits, fireworks or Chinese lanterns. Please be aware there is a VERY HIGH FIRE RISK.
Please take extra care to avoid risk to anyone on site. Anyone seen using barbeques or other high-risk equipment will be asked to leave.

Please keep to the SITE SPEED LIMIT of 5 mph. Please keep at least 3 metres between tents, campervans / caravans. Please cease all vehicle movements between 11pm and 8am and keep noise to a minimum between midnight and 8am. Please do not use drones or generators on site.
USEFUL THINGS TO BRING:
- Centre flags
- Pop up tables and chairs to sit on, sun shades, sun cream
- Picnic food for lunch and evenings, or you can buy food on site, water
Dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
CATERING:
MSCC will be providing hot and cold drinks on site and cakes etc, courtesy of Ann and Brian Miller. These will be provided in the refreshment gazebo. Please feel free to make a small donation.
For those staying in the evening, we suggest that members bring picnic style food and drinks. We are very sorry but we are now unable to BBQ any food. We will try and provide some hot food using an oven in one of our campervans. There will also be food and drink traders on site.
EVENTS ON SITE:
AutoSolo / Autotest
- Autosolo Saturday daytime 10-00 to 13-00
- Autotest Sunday daytime 10-00 to 13-00
These events will be held at the Motorsport zone (see site map). They are a great fun low risk entry to motorsport. You can enter on the Car Club Fest website. You will need to obtain a free Motorsport UK RS Clubman License. This is very easy to do online at Motorsport UK. We also recommend you tell your insurer that you are participating.
Live Action Arena – this will be running various events over the whole weekend showing stunts, motorsport and birds of prey.
TR Register Concours D’Elegance – please enter online on the Car Club Fest website.
Trade stands – autojumbles, parts suppliers, arts, crafts and fashion.
Morgan Factory Visit (Friday) – Pre book required (check Car Club Fest website for details).
Day Trip to Worcester – There will be a coach trip to Worcester leaving Saturday morning.
Dodgems – Free rides all day on a fairground dodgems ride.
Dog Show – there will be a mini ‘Crufts’ on site, please feel free to take your own dog.
Live Music – There will be live music all day and evening in the entertainment marquee.
Regalia – You can buy Car Club Fest regalia online. Last orders end July.
MSCC Car of the Day – we will be asking another car club official to look at all the Morgans on site and vote for their favourite Morgan they would like to drive home in.
MSCC Scenic Runs - We are hoping to organise informal MSCC scenic drives on Saturday and Sunday. We will provide details of scenic drives in the welcome pack on your arrival.
