Car Club Fest 2026
We look forward to your visit to the 2026 Car Club Fest on the 14th-16th August. This event is being hosted by the TR Register, and Morgan Sports Car Club will be attending the event. To date we have approximately 200 MSCC members attending.
It promises to be a great event, with lots of activities planned and an opportunity for MSCC members to get together and enjoy camaraderie. It is the 75th anniversary of the MSCC this year, and this will be a great opportunity to celebrate this milestone, especially for those who could not attend the birthday celebrations at Morgan Motor Company recently.
TICKETS
Last chance to buy tickets for the Car Club Fest online or they at the gate:
- Saturday day ticket £20 (advance) £25 (at the gate)
- Sunday day ticket £16 (advance) £20 (at the gate)
- Weekend ticket £40 (advance) £50 (at the gate)
- Weekend incl. camping £60 (advance) £70 (at the gate)
GETTING THERE:
The event is being held at the Three Counties Showground near Malvern, postcode WR13 6NW. Please be aware that at busy times, especially Saturday morning, there may be a queue to get in.
We are still awaiting the MSCC club location on site. We will add this to the MSCC Website before the event. Otherwise, please tell the marshals at the entry gate to direct you to the Morgan Car Club site location. You will be given a TR Register ‘goody bag’ on arrival that will include a site map.
If you are camping and arriving in a campervan or motorhome, you will need to park in the camping area. This will be indicated on the site map. The site marshals should be able to direct you.
When you arrive at the MSCC site location, we will have our own parking marshals. They will be wearing hi-viz jackets. Please wait for them to show you where to park. If you are a member of a MSCC club centre, and wish to park with other centre members, please tell the MSCC marshals and they will try and accommodate this.
We will provide you with a MSCC Welcome Pack on arrival with a copy of the site map, events and details of scenic drives etc.
USEFUL THINGS TO BRING:
- Centre flags
- Pop up tables and chairs to sit on
- Sun shades (if they will fit in your car)
- Picnic food for lunch, or you can buy food on site
- Food and drinks for evening barbeque (for those who are staying for the weekend)
Dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
DO NOT bring floor mounted barbeques, fireworks or Chinese lanterns.
CATERING:
MSCC will be providing hot and cold drinks on site and cakes etc, courtesy of Ann and Brian Miller. These will be provided in the refreshment gazebo.
There will also be food and drink traders across the site where you can buy food and drink.
For those who have weekend tickets or are camping overnight, we will be providing a club barbeque. Please bring your own food and drink, and you will be able to cook on the club BBQ.
EVENTS ON SITE:
MSCC Social events
Friday evening informal social get-together and drinks at the MSCC site location. Please bring your own drinks.
Saturday evening social evening and BBQ at the MSCC site location. Bring your own food and drinks.
AutoSolo / Autotest
- Autosolo Saturday daytime 10-00 to 13-00
- Autotest Sunday daytime 10-00 to 13-00
These events will be held at the Motorsport zone (see site map). They are a great fun low risk entry to motorsport. You can enter on the Car Club Fest website. You will need to obtain a free Motorsport UK RS Clubman License. This is very easy to do online at Motorsport UK. We also recommend you tell your insurer that you are participating. The club insurer Peter James, and Gott and Wynne Insurance can provide cover on existing policies.
- Car Clubs – there are approximately 50 car clubs attending with a wonderful display of cars to view.
- Live Action Arena – this will be running various events over the whole weekend showing stunts, motorsport and birds of prey.
- TR Register Concours D’Elegance – please enter online on the Car Club Fest website.
- Trade stands – autojumbles, parts suppliers, arts, crafts and fashion.
- Morgan Factory Visit (Friday) – Pre book required (check Car Club Fest website for details).
- Day Trip to Worcester – There will be a coach trip to Worcester leaving Saturday morning.
- Dodgems – Free rides all day on a fairground dodgems ride.
- Dog Show – there will be a mini ‘Crufts’ on site, please feel free to take your own dog.
- Live Music – There will be live music all day and evening in the entertainment marquee.
- Regalia – You can buy Car Club Fest regalia online. Last orders end July.
MSCC Car of the Day – we will be asking another car club official to look at all the Morgans on site and vote for their favourite Morgan they would like to drive home in.
MSCC Scenic Runs - We are hoping to organise informal MSCC scenic drives on Saturday and Sunday. We will provide details of scenic drives in the welcome pack on your arrival.
CAR PLAQUES:
It would be great for members to have car plaques printed for the event. If you would like to have one printed, please supply the following information to Brian Miller, at millers@thamesinternet.com if possible by 1st August. Brian will print these out and give them to you on site for you to put in your car window. If you have a plaque from a previous event, please bring it with you.
- Name of centre you are a member of
- Age and model of car
- Details of colour and trim
- Engine and gearbox size / type
- Any ‘pet’ name for your car
- Interesting car history, for example competitions entered / concours history
