International Morgan Day

International Morgan Day is a worldwide celebration of the Morgan marque, taking place every year on 19th September. It’s an opportunity for owners and enthusiasts alike to come together on the road, at events, or online and share the unique enjoyment of Morgan motoring. From a spirited drive with friends to a quiet polish in the garage, it’s a day dedicated to celebrating everything that makes Morgans so special.

There are countless ways to take part. Morgan dealers and clubs across the globe host events, from drive-outs and showroom gatherings to coffee mornings and local meet-ups. MSCC Centres are also encouraged to mark the occasion in their own way, whether that’s a club run, a social get-together, or simply sharing your Morgan story and photos online.

However you choose to celebrate, International Morgan Day is about enjoying Morgans and being part of the spirited community that surrounds them.

Cotswolds Drive From Williams Automobiles

Among the many events around the country, the Club has teamed up with Williams Morgan for a day of great Morgan driving through the Cotswolds: breakfast at Williams near Bristol, a coffee rendezvous with other Morgan owners in Oxfordshire, then pressing on to the Cotswolds for scenic villages, flowing roads and a final climb up Fish Hill to a late lunch.  It will be a fun drive. Drivers and passengers who enjoy a purposeful pace on varied roads will feel particularly at home.

Note: We have, to mark this special day, obtained a permit so Morgan owners who are not yet Club members can join the drive.

Also planned for IMD:

  • OxMog are meeting at the Kingsley Café near Eynsham in the morning – click here to book your brunch
  • Fringemog are doing a scenic drive to Rutland Water, followed by a cruise on the lake and a pub lunch.
  • Morgan dealers including Woodcote & Copse (Morgan Silverstone), Brands Hatch Morgan and Berrybrook are all holding events, to which members are invited.
