The bookings are open now for this exciting event, based at the Morgan Experience Centre and hotels in and around Malvern, 3rd-5th July. Bookings made before 30th November will benefit from a £75 “early bird” discount, and they are already filling up fast, so don't delay too long.
The package includes all of the following:
Friday:
- Morning at the Morgan Experience Centre. All people wanting to do a tour will be accommodated.
- Experience drives from 9am-4pm. First come first served (first booked) – we will fit in as many as possible
- Scenic runs hosted by Midland and Warks Centres. Meet & Greet from Plough and Harrow pub. Two drives 10am, 1pm – with road book and Google Maps routes.
- More tours being organised for Friday morning to places of interest
Friday evening – drive to MMC
- Meet & greet by MMC senior management
- Food trucks, drinks (non-alcohol bar)
- Drive in Movie until 22.00
- Themed dress – 1950s
Saturday:
- 11.30 entry for 12.30pm Welcome
- Party – buffet picnic lunch/afternoon tea
- Concours
- Games
- Centre-led activities
- MHR display – chance to visit MMC archives
- MSCC Archives Exhibition including trophies
- Birthday cake
- MSCC Awards
- A band will be playing in the afternoon and you can sing and dance if you want to – the MSCC song.
- A pageant of cars
Saturday Evening:
- Gala Dinner at the Bank House Hotel – busses from each hotel included
- Pre-dinner entertainment
- DJ playing music through the decades – great for dancing
- 3 Course Dinner
- Wine and beer on the table included
- Bar will be open
Sunday:
- 9am Service at Stoke Lacy Church – the Morgan family Church
- Scenic Drives to Bibury (arranged by Midland Centre)
- 11.30 Arrive at the Classic Motor Hub – reserved for MSCC
- Light lunch (extra)
- Tour of Classic Motor Hub (all areas)
- 2pm General Meeting of the MSCC open free of charge to all members in the hall of Classic Motor Hub
There are five hotels to choose from. Each one has dedicated Morgan parking spaces, and there will be busses arranged from, and back to, each hotel on the Saturday evening – included in the package price.
