The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Morgan Sports Car Club Ltd was held at The Morgan Experience Centre, Morgan Motor Company, Spring Lane, Malvern WR14 2LS on Saturday 13 April 2024 at 2.30 pm. We always look forward to seeing a good turnout of members- those present were able to vote on the day.
The meeting will be in the showroom. If the main car park is full, MSCC members attending the AGM may use the ‘Staff Only’ parking area further along Spring Lane. If unable to attend, you can vote online using the online voting form on the Club’s website; or by email (scan your completed and signed proxy form and send it to membership.sec@ morgansportscarclub.com); or by post using the proxy voting form. Your right to vote is important; please exercise it, even if only one candidate is standing for a position. Following the meeting, it is intended to present some of the MSCC’s annual awards.

Factory tours
Factory tours will be running on the morning of 13 April. MSCC members are entitled to a 35% discount, but the tour must be booked with MMC by phone in order to receive this.
Morgan Experience Centre
The Morgan Experience Café serves coffee, other drinks and a seasonal menu of local produce in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Open from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. Lunch will be available in the café, but tables must be reserved in advance, for a maximum of 90 minutes. Quote ‘MSCC AGM’ to receive a 10% discount in the café and the shop. The Shop and the Archive Room will also be open.
