MSCC Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting of The Morgan Sports Car Club Limited (‘the Company’) was held at 2.00 pm on Saturday 5 April 2025 at Burn Hall, Huby, York, YO61 1JB.
The Chair openeed the Meeting and give her Annual Report.
The Treasurer presented the accounts ; members present were asked to consider and vote on the resolutions. Reports and results in the May issue of Miscellany

In the March edition of Miscellany was the Notice, advance voting form and proxy form, along with summary accounts documents for the year to 30 September 2024. Full accounts documentation is available in the Members Area of the MSCC website.
