75 Years of MSCC – Overseas Affiliated Clubs
As we celebrate 75 years of the Morgan Sports Car Club, it is easy to think of the Club as a uniquely British organisation. Yet throughout those 75 years, the passion for Morgan ownership has spread far beyond the UK, creating a worldwide network of affiliated clubs and friendships that continues to grow today.

The story began in 1951 with the formation of the Morgan 4/4 Club in Derbyshire. Just a few years later, Morgan enthusiasts overseas began forming their own clubs, starting with the Morgan Plus Four Club in the USA in 1955. By the end of the 1950s, clubs had already been established in California, Australia and Washington DC.
The following decades saw remarkable growth. Clubs were founded across Europe, including Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. In North America, Morgan owners formed groups from Texas to New York, while clubs also appeared in South Africa, Canada, New Zealand and Japan.
The timeline is filled with fascinating stories. In 1994, members of the French Mousquetaire Morgan Club drove three mid-1980s Morgan 4/4s around the world in just 80 days, proving that Morgan adventures know no boundaries. International gatherings, anniversaries and friendships have helped strengthen the bonds between Morgan owners across continents.
Today, the MSCC maintains links with affiliated clubs around the globe, from Australia and New Zealand to Europe, North America and Asia. New clubs continue to emerge, with recent additions including MSCC Poland and MSCC Indonesia, ensuring the worldwide Morgan community remains as vibrant as ever.
