Some important reminders:

Your road books, tickets and vouchers have all been posted. If these do not arrive by 9am on Monday 29 June - please phone 01732 879153.
Your car ID sticker enclosed in the road book is your entry to the reserved car parking throughout the weekend. No sticker = no entry.
Please arrive as per your designated times dependent on your car ID sticker. Those arriving early will be asked to return later to assist with traffic management.
Your car number sticker must be clearly displayed on the inside of the top left corner of your windscreen (passenger side) alongside your rally plate at all times.
Please ensure you do NOT lose your food and drink(s) vouchers, also enclosed, for various elements over the weekend.
Please bring some cash for the tombola and raffle
Please carefully review the 03 July Factory tour list, 03 July experience drive list and 04 July Gala dinner list, included in your packs. If you are not featured, please call 01732 879153.
Factory tour or drives, Please arrive 15 minutes before your factory tour or drive, do not feel obliged to arrive any earlier as today is not a group gathering, but rather activities taking place throughout the day. Pre-bookings only. If you are not featured on the timetable (enclosed) then please phone us ASAP to book a remaining slot, as slots will not be available on the day.
Scenic runs are available to be undertaken at your leisure (not in convoy) at your own pace.
Dress Code: Many of you will have seen the optional dress code suggestions for Friday evening, Saturday daytime, and Saturday evening. These are entirely optional and open to your own interpretation, so please feel free to embrace them as much or as little as you like. This is your weekend, and we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. Traditionally, diamonds are associated with a 75th anniversary. However, in 1897, Queen Victoria changed the Diamond Jubilee milestone from 75 years to 60 years to celebrate the 60th anniversary of her accession to the British throne.
If you opt to book your own independent transport back from the Gala Dinner to your hotel, please let Katie or Kieran know during the dinner, so that the return coach is not left waiting.
If you wish to sit at the AGM on the Sunday, please bring a folding chair.
