Starter Motor Warranty Campaign for Early Plus Four Models

Morgan has launched a warranty campaign to replace the starter motors on early Plus Four cars built between May 2020 and February 2021. A list of all affected UK vehicles is provided below. Although these cars are now out of warranty, the replacement will be carried out free of charge for all owners.

Morgan strongly recommends that the starter motor on any affected vehicle is replaced.

Owners should contact their preferred Morgan dealer to arrange an appointment. Morgan has already supplied new starter motors to the dealers who originally sold these cars, but it is still best to check availability and book in advance.

The work itself is straightforward and does not take long. Your dealer will advise how long they need the car, but in most cases it should be completed within the day.
